Error Opening wServer.exe

Can anyone help me solve this? I am trying to start a private server locally and when I run wServer.exe it just bugs up and crashes, I can run server.exe just fine. Looks like the error has something to do with not having news.txt but I have a lot of news.txt's in the files.

Btw I am running as administrator and I have changed the password for the database in the server files and rebuilt them.

Additional info: I'm not sure how this works since I'm new to this, but when I'm running server.exe, the client runs and I can connect to my server, however once I click play and it tries to connect it gives me connection error #2048. I have portforwarded all the correct ports as well, so I'm not sure how far I am at the moment from getting it working.

Try to update mysql and import the right struct.sql or just try to import a newer one.

After updating to the newest source and struct I can login! Amazing.
