Just to confirm something Blacklisted = Not allowed in the marketplace, correct? Because that's what I was referencing. IF he returned the account (and can be proven) then he could be unbanned, however he should not be allowed in the marketplace at all. If he were to try entering again, his ban would be reinstated. I think that's fair.

That is correct, but going off what Symmetrical said about blacklisting isnt very effective is true, unless we constantly monitored every post and constantly cross-checked the skypes for every user every day(as well as IP) there is no way we could effectively enforce the blacklist, users themselves have probably never clicked the blacklist, as they themselves are too excited about getting offered a reasonable sum for their accounts, which is why Symmetrical said that Dave said to ban them for the duration of their blacklist, which raises another problem, Blacklists are usually permanent, so why would you blacklist them if its the same thing as permanently banning them.

Shouldn't be that hard to take a look at their username and see if they posted in the marketplace via their profile. However it does get slightly more complicated if they use alts. However banning them during blacklist is pointless. Just leave them banned then, however you end up with the same problem about alts.

Ehm sorry for the no answer so long ! I never recieved no account back. But the thing is Player_Gammer is talking with me like friends you know. I'm still wanna get my account back. But no it's nnot solved out yet for me. Since that scam i'm done with ava. Because i have no account . If i get any good account back from Player_Gammer then evrything is fine. But there are no problems with Player_Gammer and me anymore.. I just need something back. Then evrything is fine @Symmetrical
