Damn am i gettin banned?

this video is in heir evidence in the cbl page of me. im saying go to the caconline.net page and search for stalker420 in the evidence am i getting banned?

NEXON AND CLB dont are the samething because nexon need proof to ban .
EXAMPLE: i create a false report of a guy hacking and post it in CLB -__-. That guy just gonna have a report in that page not in NEXON so change getting u banned are 1/100000 because in CLB are like 9999 hackers reported and NEXON is to lazy to see all that hackers and proofss.
