The Cooler Master N200 should suit your needs.
So I've finished my exams and I'm doing the things that I wasn't able to do before...
One of them is to upgrade my PC somehow and I want to upgrade my case/chassis - mainly due to the PC running hotter/warmer than I'd like it to be...
I'd ideally want it to be a budget case so:
-no higher than £50
-can also fit an mATX board
-Has fan slots
-Has 5 inch bays
-Has cable management
Also, a side question - I've wondered if I really need fans on my case or if I should just buy a new case with better ventilation and leave it like that? Because if i do decide to add fans, I would need to get a fan controller :/ which would cost money ofc...

That case comes with 1 exhaust and 1 intake fan already installed when you buy it so I'd just grab another 120mm fan to go under the other one on the front. If you care that everything matches and looks all neat when you look inside it, grab 3 120mm fans of whatever colors/blah that you like and just replace the stock ones. Keep in mind though, the stock fans will more than likely do.

The NZXT Phantom 410 is a nice case.
