1. Unzip the folder.
2. Put the unzipped folder in:
My Documents > Arma 3 > mpmissions
or
My Documents > Arma 3 - Other Profiles > %ProfileName% > mpmissions
if the mp missions folder doesn't exist, create it.
3. Open Arma 3
4. Click Play > Multiplayer
5. Click New
6. Click OK.
7. Click Play (Editor option should already be selected), wait for the editor to load.
8. Once in the editor, click the load button which is the 2 from the left in the top corner.
9. Click the mission SWAG.stratis or along those lines and let it load.
10. Click the Preview button this will take you to a lobby.
11. Click the soldier slot.
12. Click Play and let load.
13. Click Continue.
14. Once in game press the keys 0-0-1, NOT on the numpad.
15. If all went it good it should pop saying "F*CK Sa-Matra!"

and how that give me lvl and cash at some servers ? i did all steps and ingame it says profile loaded and not fuck smatra and when i go on a server then im lvl 1 xD

edit fuck that post works perfect my brain stoped working only works on smatra servers UK then go in go out load the profile go in again on the server have fun

Thanks a lot man, it works great. I was really looking for such thing lately but I didn't want to risk getting banned with cheat engine, also I think I found similar script like this in some random website but I didn't really understand the way the guy wrote the instructions and I'm not a coder/mission maker so I didn't figure it out.

Make a folder named "SWAG.stratis" inside the mpmissions folder and extract the 2 files you downloaded inside the SWAG.stratis folder and you should be good to go.

Well it worked great. but after an hour of playing i got banned from the main servers... Oh well.

Its script from *************, OP just added the hint. And you get banned for it, I think OP got banned too, so don't bother if you want to play on their servers and not get into other public ban lists.

Great. well i managed to sweet talk my way back into the servers, i think i said i was hacked or something like that they believed it blah blah. but yea im level 3 now! that play time does give some legitimacy but its too much play time, id say around 200-500 hours is the a high point in their play time but, you know, my opinion. Still hope it works for everyone this is a great script.
