It means he can kill everyone on the enemy team without moving; an aimbot type. It is probably Nokita666's release. It's called Invisible massive kill. Go check it out if you want to be a scumbag.

Sucks fun right out of the game even for the person using the hacks... if you use only ESP you still need to aim.. so yeah thats more fun
