Private Server Help with Visual Studio

Hello,

I've recently tried to make a Pserver, and everything was going smoothly until I hit the part where you use Visual Studio to Rebuild and Build.

To be more exact, this part, here, is what thew me off: "Using Visual Studio or whatever .NET compiler you use, rebuild the SOLUTION and then BUILD the SOLUTION"

Whats throwing me off I think is when I create the project, I don't know which choice to use. I know where the Build/Rebuild is. :P

I have Visual Studio 2013, and just need a little bit of guidance. If somebody could just list the steps on what to do just for this small portion, that would be great.

Is that contradicting.. seems like to me

Build ----> Build what is new
Rebuild --> Build Everything again

it doesnt matter what you do

Where did you find build/rebuild? I cant seem to find it.

EDIT: I found it, but I cant click on either Build or Rebuild.
