So i jus got back into CA.. bad idea cause it sucks but i feel the need to start making mods again!! But heres the kicker... i cant seem to find the things i need... Programs.. actually.. so if someone could point me in the right direction.. cause maybe im not seeing it but i cant seem to find it anywhere and i cant search it cause i cant remember what the name of the programs are.. lol so if anyone could help id greatly appreciate it Thanks! oops and i just relized it was in the wrong section... sorry..
