I don't know if there is a single answer, some people get banned whilst others do not. If you want to be safe it's probably best that you don't, but you might not be banned if you do use it.

I've been playing Rust for a couple of hours now with this. As long as you don't be an idiot and don't use flyhacks and speedhack, you'll be fine. Just chill with ESP on and it's all good.

It's acutally not detected still... It's on LEGACY only and you have to manually bypass the AntiCheat as the instructions written by KingAemon states.
