Did you try rebooting your CPU or un-installing your game and re-installing it?

Did you verify your email? If not do that

Restart computer.
Redownload CA.

If those things don't work, it could just be server issues.

i restarted my cpu but nothing ill try reinstalling and ill check my email is verified
