buy copy of CSGO for new Account

I just got VAC banned today on my main account. I have lots of games on my main account but I don't want the VAC banned. so I want to make a new account. the question is can my new account get VAC banned if I do this?:

VAC Banned today

Make new account

Buy 1 copy of csgo from VAC banned account

give the csgo gift to my new account

add the game to my game library on new account

start csgo without re-download csgo means using the VAC banned account game

OR

re-download csgo from new account but the csgo is gift from VAC banned account

I still have $170+ steam wallet on my VAC banned main account so I just want to buy csgo gift for my new account and start fresh/clean. please help me.. I'm confused about this.. also is there anyway I can bypass and get all my skins and keys on my VAC banned main account? I can give skins worth $50 to anyone that can help me get all my skins and keys on VAC banned account

Well since your new account are in good standing your new account would never get vac'ed unless you're hacking ofcourse but you will start from 0 .
and yeah you can trade up all your item and transfer it to your new account

I used hack is just bcus I got mad for deranked from LE to DMG so I decided to use hack and get my LE rank back easily but this is what happened.. lose my rank and all my skins/keys

I see some people buy extra copies of csgo during the summer sale for half price.. tell me if you guys know who ever sell/trade 1 copy of csgo for 3 or 4 keys

I think its still using the same VAC banned games because I don't re-download the game. I use the game which my main account got VAC banned.

First . You're hacking and got banned
second . You're trying to create a new steam account
third . you're going to buy another CS:GO for your new steam account by using steam wallet from your banned account .

2. You cannot buy it on your vac'd acount
3. Make sure to delete your old csgo game and then buy the new one with clean files
