I Have Some Issues On AVA Last Update

I have updated ava seccessfully throgh the game client nwzlauncher.exe as usuel the thing is i have some issues this time :'(
when i log into ava and chose a channel (pvp 2) then i chose a room then when i click on start and wait 5sec when i see ¨game starting
everything goes black and still hearing the room music then it blocks i dont get the loading image that shows players and their loading stats
so i always need to go to gestionnaire des taches then end the proccess from there
note ( it doesn't always happen but most of the time )

please tell me why and how to get the solution i posted a ticket since a day but they didn't respond i think they are bussy with updating ava
so i thoug~ht that mpgh is the best place

Update your Graphics drivers or get a better PC.

And we are not Aeria Games.
