well you should def delet unisntall and re instal if problem persist go to the forums on nexon and see if any one else had that problem and what they did to fix it most prob u put a hack somewere or deleted some file off ur ca folder with prevents it from opening due to hack or folder being patchd.

Yeah uninstall it. It should refresh the folder and replace anything that might have been deleted or removed. Hope i helped =)
