Get dot net reflector and the reflexil plugin (allows you to edit instructions and save files).

Load the assembly, open the {} box, go to skill, find int32, open that, click on get.skill or set.skill, go to the tools option in the reflector tool bar and click on reflexil (opens the reflexil edit menu) and make the changes that xbradx says. When you're done just right click on the assembly, go to reflexil and save as.
