Wouldn't work, almost every external hack runs using Windowed mode.

Yes, dlls for example inject directly into the game which can be detected quite easily, whereas externals don't inject into the game. That means they are harder to detect.

Basically it goes over the game's code through some sort of injection, most likely by a .dll which is what this hack uses.

This makes your client stick out, making it easy to get overwatched or VAC'd.
