    Angry D3Dx9.dll is missing

    Now after waiting 40 minutes for the ver. email and 15 for the .exe to download. The installer was finished when "D3dx9_30.dll" is missing from your computer,try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Where do I get it and what do I do?
