Well....This is my opinion.
I think that users on this site should have at least 100 posts to download things. I hate Choobs who make a quick account just to download hacks.

well Corndog is right but i like your idea even if i dont have 100 posts and some of the mods will just have to work harder to ban spammers

That would make 1338 choobs spam to get them. I think the idea is sort-of good but we would need stronger rules when posting.

yea there should be 100+ post because of chams and hacks advertised on youtube and choobs make a fast account just to download

im behind ya 100%.. it'll never happen tho.. if dave implemented a post requirement to download then the members who join the site would pretty much stop at who's already got 100+ posts.. this isnt really a bad thing since everyone in this section is learning how to code or program.. but im pretty sure its not possible to implement that sort of thing to only one section of the entire site.. it'd have to be for all sections of MPGH, so if dave did that the entire site may fail

When I first came, I just downloaded the CA pub and didn't care for anything.
