Some new neighbors recently moved in and they're being an extreme prick. Talked to them a few times yet they keep annoying me.

What's something I can troll them with that would actually piss them off? Nothing generic like sending the pizza dude there. (Note, they're across from me, not next to me)

There's a few things you can do.

1. Get in their house with a bag of prawns/shrimps, and stuff them into a curtain rail or somewhere they won't find them. What a stinker!
