How to 'confirm' you Korean WR Account? (By phone/e-Business Partner)

Hey, I already registered my account, but I have to confirm it by phone/e-Business Partner, so my account is still pending :S Anyone knows how to confirm your account that way?

Well this is what you're looking at. I assume the phone number you put it was 02-0000-0000. So unless you can go to Korea and find a phone with that number, and activate it no. e-business partner would also take extreme measures.
