Here's what I do, but a lot of people think its crazy, but a lot of computer people actually recommend it and do it. Once a year or 18 months, save any and all files you want to keep on your comp, then dump it completely, and start over with a fresh new windows set up. Cleans out everything, and I mean everything. I did that for my old computer, but it was way too old....18 y.o...LOL Plus, change your passwords every 2 to 4 months whether you like to or not. I hate doing it, but I do.
