    There have been rumors going around the official forums of Aeria selling AVA. The way they're milking it for money while giving fuck all about the hackers makes me think they're selling it to someone else soon.

    Aeria was sold a few months ago to a German company. AVA is within the package sold.
    The mobile games were under the control of Aeria (USA). Rumors say that the acquiring firm is financed by EA Games (Battlefield, etc.)
