I don't need more info, but winning a paypal dispute relies on a few things.

Firstly, what did you send the money from?
If you sent it from PayPal balance, the dispute is automatically in favor of the receiver. If send from Credit Card via paypal, you hold the upper hand. Why? If sent from PayPal balance, PayPal will normally side with the receiver. Why? I don't know, but I do know situations when they will not side with the receiver. Such as the receiver is an new, unverified account while yours is a year or so old and probably is verified. They see you as the more loyal customer, and will want to keep you happy so you continue to use their service. Only other case is if you have a reputation for winning all previous disputes. If the PayPal representitive who looks at your case sees that you've won 100/100 of your disputed, they probably won't even look at it.

If you sent by Credit Card via Paypal, you will usually win. The thing in this situation is that PayPal doesn't handle the dispute. The beauty is that your credit card company does. They will want you to continue using their company for all your payment needs, so they're just going to accept it 99% of the time. The 1% being you being a special type of stupid in the dispute reason.
