Question about guid & ip ban

So what if you wanted to hack on a server that you play legit on with another account... how can you make sure the two accounts won't be related?

Right now I am guessing new steam account & different ip, but I want to make sure.

1# If you whant to avoid a ip banned, chance your ip -_- use a proxy or a vpn
2# What i know of steam dont banned across accounts, made some accounts when black ops was free,

login on new account,
start hacking again
