Can't access live account

So, I set up a new account and used a new email account which I set up with fake details (as you do) and the account was only downloaded on one xbox which has recently stopped working. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I could access it so I can download it onto my new console. I'd just make a new one, but due to the fact that I've spent quite a bit on MS points to buy things ingame, I really want this one back. If anyone could help, I'd be happy to give them the details I know. Any help will be much appreciated
