I wonder how many reports you have to get before you get the warning of being offensive or whatever cause one time right after a game I got the warning.

Nah.
I would have about 9,000 ping by now.
14 permbanned accounts and my 2 other ones are chat banned for 400 games.
Still get 26 constant.

When you report, shouldn't the server just "save" the information it had for the game, instead of requesting it from the client side (since it could be manipulated).

Also isn't the lobby server with a different IP than the actual summoner rift game?
