This is a pack with CS 1.6 skins and i think its for CSS too..
ok first step: download and put in a past in desktop , right button on the arquive and clik explore..... copy all the files and open this adress:
CS Steam - Steam\SteamApps\sua conta\counter-strike\cstrike
CS Non Steam - Valve\cstrike
and paste the files in this addres^^
then clik "Yes to all"
than start playing
