they are few things that could help u, but the first thing u should check is to don't have CA in 95 or 98 mode, i got the same problem, and when i checked i saw that CA was trying to work in 95 compatibility

If you don't have any results after this, i suggest reformatting your hard drive. If that doesn't work i suggest buying a whole new hard drive, because sometimes its just that your hard drive is corrupt. Well, i hope isn't that ur hard drive is broken, good luck xD
OK, do the following things below, if your Blue Screen error have not been fixed:
If your on Windows XP, follow this steps:
1st: Right Click My Computer
2nd: Click Propertise
3rd: Click Advanced
4th: Click Startup and Recovery
5th: Settings to uncheck "Automatically Restart"
If your on Windows Vista, follow this steps:
1st: Right Click My Computer
2nd: Click Properties
3rd: Click "Advanced System Settings" on the left hand corner
4th: Under "Startup and Recovery", click Settings
5th: Under "System Failure", uncheck Automatically Restart.
The next time you get the blue screen error, write down the error code and the application causing the system to get BSOD, then send it to my PM, and i'll check it out for you =D
