well you have to fly all the way to china, then you have to collect 8 or 7 dragon balls. fuse them together then a dragon comes out. the dragon grants you 3 wishes. wish the hell out of your problem.

connection problems u need to go fix ur connection and/or u have moved a file of cf or forged (not mods)
not sure... try completly whiping it off then download from z8.. maybe if that doesnt work it dont know
