can't start game from site

i keep getting this message when i try to start the game from the site
i do use nexon plugin btw

Login, and wait untill the site is FULLY LOADED

Then i mean, Fully loaded.. So it isent downloading any stuff, I had that a couple times to.. Just wait and then it'll work..

If you got it to work.. care for a game of WR ^^?

and re installed the game and repatched it

still getting same message
