Playing BO2

I am new to this section and just want to ask what is the best way to play bo2.
I wanna have all the dlc unlocked but i want to play on a private server as i dont want to get banned.
I seen that PlusOPs is not available no more unless i cant find it.

Personally, i think that all unofficial method are shit because i try PlusOP2 and was horrible, no players and lot of time to find one lobby.
I recommend you change something you have for a steam acc with bo2 is the best way
