Can you get caught using a hacked client or realm relay?

Like the title says; can you get caught (and banned) for using a hacked client or realm relay?

I don't mean getting caught because you run through a wall. I mean can Kabam detect these? I would only like to have health bars and increase camera height, nothing else.

If you're using inconspicuous things like that you should be fine. Only time you'll even be considered for a ban is if someone reports you with video evidence.

Yes only through video proof even a picture won't get you a ban cause it can be photoshoped .

If you get banned for hacking, it's because you *really* screwed up.

Mods / hacks that only affect clients (Zoomed out and whatnot) will not get you banned.

Many game engines have an entity called camera, which has properties like height.
