She spewed all over herself and the floor, myself and a different friend C helped her move over onto the grass. We sat with her for 10 minutes trying to get a response and relax her. C and I decided to take the girls home so we started walking to the train station (~500m away from the house) and at about half way she started shaking really badly like a minor seizure and she had sweat running down her face. I immediately got C to look up a 24-hour drug hotline and asked them "Hypothetically, if my associate were to have taken an acid tab and she is now unresponsive, shaking sweating badly and can't move for herself, should I call the ambulance?" They told me to call immediately so I got C to call 000 while I kept her up from falling on the ground(she spewed on me at least twice). We had to cross the train tracks to get to the side the ambulance would come past, 000 told us to sit her down and make sure she doesn't pass out. When the ambulance arrived we waved them down and they pulled up onto the grass next to where they were sitting. I told the senior ambulance officer everything that I knew and he told me C and I were free to go. The other ambulance driver called for a police car as they were both under the influence. We left immediately as we did not want to get into any trouble even though we hadn't done anything.
I added the girl on Facebook today and it turns out about 10 mins after we left her heart stopped beating and she needed to be revived. She was taken to the hospital and had a detox. She's out and fine.
Keep in mind she was resisting to move the entire way and was falling over constantly. I think at one point she passed out but I stopped her from falling and kept moving. It took about 7 minutes to cross the train tracks (10m long)
