using WPE PRO you can send packets, seems to be working on robocraft.
perhaps it could work on WT as well?
can anyone please look into it? since I am not that bright at hacking/modding and stuff, but we might have something here...

Anyone found the packet name? I'm reinstalling the game and I'm having a look. All i need is to fill up my German tree and I think it's possible. I'm searching "Kill" and "Destroyed" but I can't seem to find player kills, only stuff destruction, which is SHIT coz you need nearly 1k packets to get as much as 90 kill packets should give. I might try searching Hit and Critical, but IDK.

Run them both as admin. If you're using steam and you still can't find it run it without steam.
