The only way i can see is using a small drill tip to drill into the screw and extract it either that or get some pliers and try that
How can I remove this piece of shit? There's no grip on it. Are there stores that can remove stripped screws? Can't find any screw extractors at home and I don't want to use a drill or hammer on a motherboard.
Bit blurry but...
Yeah it's not a cross anymore.

Get a pliers and just twist it off with pliers.

You can pick up a stripped screw removal kit at virtually any hardware store.

Here is the pit, here is your pit.
Its name is Silence..
Not sure if this will work but get the tubing from a bike tire and cut a patch big enough to cover the screw head. Then try unscrewing it.
Might work.
U GOTTA BE HELLA STOOPS TO STRIP A SCREW THAT BAD IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Just saying.
I'd drill it, but then again I'm not an expert in stripping screws or removing stripped screws.
