Help required for special ban Challenge for all Hackers

So here we go with the challenge for all the hackers in this forum, What is a computer Ban and how to By pass or remove it...
Here we go with the details..

I have a gaming client - RGC - Ranked Gaming Client

I used to play DotA on it -- Dude seriously I was ban for no reason literally I was playing with one of the admin and he thought I am hacking .. because I was 0 died with 25 kills in the end .. with out saving he banned me .. Literally first he time bans me .. then upon some exchange of bad mouth words Because I was on right he ban my computer ...

Now I can access RGC on my laptop on same internet connection but not on my PC ?

I tried changing my mac address + Ip address it didn't work -- some people tell me to remove RGC from some special uninstalling software I did that nor working ... finally I got a advice Format your C drive (in which the windows is) re-install the windows (Wait that's I can't do) !!

So here I go -- Experts here tell me how the computer ban works ? or if any one interested Please help billion of users ban across different regions and in different software's .. tell us a way How we can by pass it and show them Hacking is always Possible.

I am not sure why my comment did not show up,but if you download an IP or Mac Spoofer it might work,that's only assuming it's an IP ban though,otherwise make a new account on another pc(in the case your both IP and account banned).
