No what I'm saying is that those characters would show up. In fact they would show up like this: G

Since those symbols aren't displayed we know it's a differnt kind of encryption the XORing.

Ok Every 1 read . I have got the hash out of that code, and being nice as i am im going to share with you all..
    so here it is
    >>
de650441264881cc6f9f34734feff9be If that means anything or not, but it's impossible to get original text back i think. But i am trying my fucking damndest to crack this shit for the mastercard ends in two days though!!! better hurry

For got to say i used brute force to create that hash from the code given.
so idk if that helps you but im 50 percent closer to getting the answer then i was yesterday
    !!! That's a fact.

Hmmmm I believe all the strings of characters are exactly 34 characters long... this might be rather important.

I ran them through a program. Turns out the lengths are not all the same:

Most of them are between 34 and 39. The one outlier is 68.

    Don't really help!
But thanks anyway i guess! what program did you use,
i can't even find any free decryption, or decoding program that works with md5 or xor

legify said it was a sentence but idk about the card numbers it might be though. seeing that the prize is the card y not the answer be the card number

I made it myself... >_> just a console app. took like 3 secs to make. All it did was count the length of the strings of characters. One sec I want to see something...

I just need to figure out why the lengths aren't the same.... hmmmm...

Ok there are 25 individual strings... now a credit card number is 16 digits long which means these aren't numbers that hes posting it's a sentence... I think.

And I have a hunch that the 68 character string might be the number for the card, if it wasn't just a fluke. I don't really know for sure ;l

Ok so here's what I think. I think the base is 32. So a string with a length of 34 is a 2 letter word. a string with the length of 35 is a 3 letter word see? An the 68 letter word is the card number or 2 2 letter words... I think. I just looked through the thread and found out the periods are not part of the code. This shouldn't take long now.

I think the key is hey.
Hmmm this is weird. It says MD5 hashes are in hex, but this is not hex ;l ... nvm this might take longer then I thought.

    EDIT:
SOB! I thinks he XORed it after he hashed it... but this still doesn't explain the extra digits tacked on the end since Hashes are only 32 characters long wth Longevity? It looks like you XORed them and Hashed them then tacked a few characters on the end...or the beginning... it's hard to tell. All I know is that this Hash:
    Code:
    39C8942E1038872A822C0DC75EEDBDE3
    XORed
    Code:
    [Q+PQ\Z-YX[PP_Z)PZZ+X,+_]--,*,-[[
looks remarkably similar to your code... I think I'm close.

It uses a hybrid between XOR and Hashcode which is why it looked so close to my example code which I hashed and the XORed. Lmao and 25 individual words just like I guessed, with the lenght of the words added to the hashes 32 char length. Woot! Win! Well I'm done here

    You got the answer
Mind PMing me the way of doing it? <_<
    Meanwhile, I'll keep working.
BTW, what does XOR stand for? brb
    -EDIT-
lol, quoted off a site :
"... XOR encryption is trivially simple to implement and equally trivial to break.

XOR encryption should not be utilized for any data which you would want to protect."

    Trivial for you people maybe
