they are Steam Keys, you activate them through steam and it adds it to your library just like your picture.

In my experience with dayz keys most sellers will resell their keys to hackers and there is a high chance you will catch a ban in the first month.

My Keys are never resold and I have had them for over a year (to test to see if they were resold).
Basically you wont catch a ban unless you provoke Battleye yourself (by Hacking).
