This happened on the intersection of Jipijapa and Chone Street, in Portoviejo, province of Manabí, Ecuador. The cold blooded killer was a cop who used his service weapon to carry the murder out. The driver was 62 year old and worked as a taxi driver for 40 years. His wife said he’s never been involved with crime or anything of sorts – every penny he’s earned in life was with honest work. His name was José Gregorio Moreira Zambrano. The killer cop may have shot him to feed his drug addiction. His name is Fidel Loor Vélez.

I literally felt really sad when i saw him killing that innocent man because imagine working for that long and then an idiot comes and kills you just like that.Unbelievable.

He shot him in the back of the neck, he bled to death, if he was lucky he could have been shot in the spinal cord which would have made it quicker but in no way would that have been painless.
