Yup, ran in compatibility, restarted PC, tried windowed borderless, fullscreen and windowed. Still no luck.

Damn. I'm every 'pro-hacker' in this thread right now for every Call of Duty but this one. The only reason I don't want to use these programs on this game is because I know, 100%, that I will eventually be banned for this game. Same exact thing happened on Black ops II, Mw2, Mw3 and Ghosts. I am not telling you to not use these fantastic hacks available for free usage, but take note of the inevitable risk you are taking.

Because it sure as hell sucks being banned and wanting to play the game.
