You can type it into the config yourself, but make sure to tag the config_mp.cfg file as Read Only, otherwise the game will constantly refresh it and remove your extra dvars.

When he said doing it directly in CE he meant using Cheat Engine to change values at those addresses while the game is open.

i allready tried to put my cfg.mp as read only, and if i put the command "com_maxfps 250" for example, it just goes to 91....
and ofc i open the fps unlocker, while in the cfg i allready made the command, it just goes to 300 fps or something... seems like there isn't any option to lock fps then
