Try a Valkyrie injector.
Not the MPGH.net injector.

You do not need to put the hack in any specific folder.

I have Vista 64-bit, run Valkyre as administrator (i have the dll and the injector in the same folder if that is what it meant) , set the process name to "AVA.exe" and set it to auto inject, start the game - it enjects the DLL, no errors , nothing. After that i do not see any menus (del and insert fail to work). Any ideas?

you probably don't have one of the requirements downloaded. I'm guessing it's the DirectX end-user runtime since I had the same problem, downloaded that, and it worked fine. Just to be sure, re-download everything that's required for the hack.

This is for everyone that has a question about the folders: you have to put everything in the SAME folder. Here's some steps if you're unsure about how to do it.
1. Go to the desktop. (Where all the icons are)
2. Right click with the mouse and scroll down to NEW, then a window connected to that show pop up with the word "folder" on top. click that.
3. You SHOULD have a new folder created with the name "New Folder"
4. Name it whatever you'd like. I just named mine "hax".
5. Drag EVERYTHING that's related to the hack into the folder. that includes: the hack itself, the injector, the settings that go with the pub and hack.
