AExtras offers not working?

Ive been having this problem for quite some time now.Ive heard about aextras,and wanted to try it.But ive been getting this everytime I try to log in.

Well I have one account that won't let me do aextras because
when I signed up I chose 12 as my age and I believe you need to be 13. To remove this problem ask your parents or yourself to upgrade that account and you will be able to use aextras

You could contact Artix Entertainment, but you'll probably not get anywhere. can you remember what age you entered while registering your account, it's probably as @xaviar said, you need to be 13 years old to be able to complete AExtras, so you could alternatively just wait until your account's 13 years old or you could upgrade to become a Legend.
