Will Wargaming detect these mods? I've been using it on my fake account and it works, might gor for my main account...

He has a point. The idea of warpack is that it can't be detected because the files are not on your computer entirely. I don't know if WG has the ability to search files in the res_mods folder but there is some specualtion.

Has anyone been caught using these without being stupid (posting videos, screenshots, sending files to WG, etc.)?

Wargaming dont have the patriot act laws, they are not the cia or fsb, for them to look into your res_mods would be for them to look into your personal data, i.e. illegal under data protection act. You can only get caught if you tell people "oh hey look at my cheats!" or upload a replay to their servers, send them data on a support ticket etc or if someone reports you with solid evidence
