Your top 3 Anime of the year 2014

So it's currently December and 2015 is upon us , time to look back through the year and see which three animes you saw this year (That were released this year) were your favourite.

Also maybe explain why for the sake of not a simple listing thread but more of a discussion.

Anyway my top 3 anime of the year are:

1. Parasyte - It does a bit of everything good. Comedy, gore, romance, thriller. It makes you laugh one minute then feel sad the next. And it also follows the manga very well and has a great soundtrack

2. Fate Stay Night 2014 - Finally I'm able to enjoy this awesome series with its waaaaaay better pacing and much higher production value.

3. Noragami - Amazing OST, great characters.

1. Bad compared to Manga. They completely ruined it. It's so mainstream right now, I feel like SAO just came out.

Crunchyroll doesn't even host it. And not liking a show because its mainstream just sounds so fucking dumb to me.

Well considering this thread is completely opinion based (hence the title), I'd say that's all the reason I need for posting what myself enjoys.

3: a lot of this year has been shit IMO. A certain scientific railgun S came out late 2013 so i'll go with that.
