How do new members get banned so easily?

I mean permbanned I see them post the first day and they are banned the next day.

I mean pron 5-10 new members are banned on a a daily base

A lot of these 5-10 posts accounts that get perma banned don't belong to new users.

1. Their IP address match those of a user who was permanently banned for some offense. (Ban evasion)

2. They are evading a ban that isn't permanent. (Ban evasion.)

3. Their IP was linked to another account that spammed ads/posted a virus.

4. They scammed somebody.

Research? I must of banned the same 5 people over 100 times while I was Gmod... 50 of those bans being Purple. It still boggles my mind how some people go to such lengths to feel a sense of belonging in such a shitty place.
