How do I increase my ebay sellers limit ?

Not sure where this should be posted but if its in the wrong place please move

So yeah I'm basically trying to increase my sellers limit but says I need access to another account that already has a higher selling limit, which I don't so yeah, is there a way I could do this or someone can help me

Here's how it works
Make sure you have another eBay account with a higher selling limit.
Enter your account user ID, phone number, and post code.
We'll send a PIN to the email address on file for the other account.
Enter the PIN to confirm ownership of the account.
