I think you just need a simple RAM upgrade, your GPU and Processor seems up-to date and should be able to run the game with a little help of some dedi

Thats not an actual GPU that is capable of rendering audio or whatever you call it, it is a audio processor built onto a part of the GPU to allow audio to run through it.
Correct me if I'm wrong

Well ofc what would be the point of it, but it is natively not part of the GPU. It is only just an add on. You are most likely able to install it on an AMD and then config it with the software. Im not an expert on this clearly as I am an owner of a Titan 16 GB. Been a nvidia fan my whole life :P

low end cards arent usually worth it ,your much better off saving up some more money to get much higher performance

Good choice for 100 euro is Radeon R7 260X. I think this is the best you can get for 100 euro or you can save some money and buy Radeon R9 280 or GTX 750Ti.
