How long does battleye ban you caught for hacking?

people say is 3 days, 1~2weeks...and some say is permanent and to "unban" is to create a new account re-buy the game.

been hacking for a month (DayZ Mod) still no bans lulz

btw scripts doesnt give BE bans
bypass does if it detected

im using cheat engine speedhack (without bypass or anything) just attaching CE to the dayz process and having fun, 4 weeks and im still fine, no ban (i know soon i will be banned, but its a stolen account )
