Mw2 + Trickshotmod - NEED HELP!

Hey so basically...
I have the game "Modern warfare 2."
I have the file "Mw2 Liberation" and it injects hacks.
I have the normal mw2 on steam.
So yes.. Let's go!

I can't code whatever you say. NO.

Ehh so basically I need someone who can code.
I want to have a Trickshotmod (Search it up on youtube and you will see what it is)

This is what it currently has:

Teleport mod
Ufo mod
Explosive bullets - Close, Everywhere
Make your own classes ingame.
etc.

But there is something I always wanted any modder/coder to do!
And there is!
There is 2 guys I know!
But they both sell it, and I don't have paypal so I can't buy it.
And from what ive seen on this "website" people help others.
So what do I want to add to this mod basically?

1: In the corner, you get your killstreaks! I want a XBOX DPAD! Added there!

2: When you go in a game with theese bots, their name is, bot0 to bot16. I want to be able to change their names! Like example "Fucktard301"

3: Add match bonus when you hit something (trickshoting): Diffrent ones.

4: Not 50+ in grey text. I want it to be "Private2Public". So basically 550+ (example) and in yellow text like online. Than matchbonus ofcourse.

5: Basically a FAKE mod to Private2Public, PC 2 XBOX.

6: Silent aim also if possible.

Also in the menu u're able to change maps! All the mw2 maps!
But there is a bug in the current one so if you choose ingame example, Afghan you ALWAYS get Derail, the snowmap!
So if there is anyway to fix that, please do that! I know this is much to ask for but please, honestly it's my dream. Also it's my birth day 10th of July, so a happy birthday present? Haha! Anyways love you all!<33333

I can add a d-pad, I can change bot names, I have xbox hud files, easy shit bruh. Btw whats up with all these clip fakers these days.
By the way i have the console2pc mod, customized it myself
