GMod Lua/Console commands to use on hacked server.

So with the RCon exploit released I have gotten Owner on many servers, but being the hacking noob that I am, once I get it I dont know what to do with it, any ideas? (And by ideas I mean complete commands/lua code since it would take me years to learn how to write it myself.)
